In Loving Memory of Elisabetta Cappetta
Elisabetta Cappetta was diagnosed at age 60 with Triple Negative Breast Cancer, a very aggressive form. At the time of diagnosis, she was at stage 4. Due to other health issues, her treatment options were limited. She underwent a single mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation. Unfortunately, a few months after completing treatment, Elisa felt a pain in her leg and it was determined the cancer had spread. She attempted another form of chemotherapy but it made her too sick. She made the brave decision to enter hospice in May of 2018. She passed away on June 24.
